1. Return Window

We accept returns or size exchanges within 7 days of delivery if you receive an incorrect product, size mismatch, or manufacturing defect.

2. Conditions for Exchange

• Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
• All original brand tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
• Please take clear unboxing photos/videos in case of receiving an incorrect or damaged item.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Connect with our customer care team via WhatsApp at +91 9651333013 or email support@jivaraa.in with your Order Number and photos of the received garment. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup via Shiprocket.
